the location is convenient near the train station. the family room had ample space with two twin beds in addition to the queen bed. (it really helped to stretch out).

there was no housekeeping service . the hotel did not replenish tea and coffee. it seems that the hotel is cutting back on basic services.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station. It was very convenient for my travel plans. The lobby area was spacious and had plenty of comfortable seating. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. The staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful.

The room overlooked the train station and there was some noise from the trains passing by

The location is super convenient! it's near the train station, and the tram stop is right in front, i noticed this immediately. the air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly, i loved that feature. the staff at the front desk were very attentive, very nice! breakfast had lots of choices. I especially loved the staff service.

the lack of a mini-fridge in the room was a bit of a bother because i had to go downstairs for a cold drink. it was only a minor inconvenience though, not a big deal.

The room provided was spacious and very clean. I felt comfortable right away. i noticed two complete sets of towels were available, and that was useful. i appreciate the ample space and cleanliness, it helped.

The front desk staff were helpful and quick. They made check-in efficient. the staff always seemed willing to assist with my questions and requests. their friendliness greatly enhanced my stay, i am really grateful.

the reception area had a lovely appearance it was very clean i also appreciated the nice rooms the hotel provided a decent location with easy access to nearby attractions. the reception staff were very polite they were also helpful in answering my questions. extra pillows were available in my room it ensured a comfortable rest .
